AiSpace is a privacy-focused AI interaction platform that enables access to both open-source and proprietary AI models through Venice.ai's infrastructure. For more information about the Platform, please visit https://aispace.bot.

Our Services are provided to you by: AiSpace.

Registration and Access

Minimum Age

If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Services.

Registration

You may use our Services in two ways:

1. Free Mode: Access basic features without registration or wallet connection, subject to strict rate limits.
2. Wallet Connection: Connect a Web3 wallet (via Privy) to verify $AISPACE token holdings and unlock tiered access.

You are responsible for all activities that occur through the usage of your account or wallet connection.

Using Our Services

Our Software

Our Services may allow you to download software, such as mobile applications, which may update automatically to ensure you're using the latest version. Our software may include open source software that is governed by its own licenses.

Third Party Services

Our Services include third party software, products, or services ("Third Party Services"), including:

• Venice.ai: Provides AI model inference infrastructure
• Privy: Provides wallet connection and authentication services
• Base Network: Blockchain network for token verification

Third Party Services are subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Platform Content Policy

We believe you should have the flexibility to use our Services as you see fit, so long as your use does not harm yourself or others. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may access and use our Services.

When using any Service, the following rules apply:

• You may not use the platform to create content depicting or intended to depict minors (under 18) in a mature or sexualized context.
• You may not repurpose or distribute Output from our services to harm others, including but not limited to sharing Output from our services to defraud, scam, bully, harass, defame, or promote violence or sexual crimes against anyone.
• You may not use our service to harm yourself or others, including by not limited to promoting suicide or self-harm, developing or using weapons, injuring others or destroying property, or engage in unauthorized activities that violate the security of any service or system.
• You may not use our Services to compromise the privacy of others, or for any harmful, or abusive activity or in a way that violates anyone's natural rights.
• You may not interfere with or disrupt our Services, including circumventing Usage Limits.

Violating these rules could result in suspension or termination of your access. We cannot foresee all abusive uses of our Services, and our policies will evolve based on identification of new abuse trends.

Usage Limits and Types of Platform Accounts

Free Mode (No Account Required)

The AiSpace platform features a free mode which is accessible to anyone without registration. Free tier users are limited to:

• Maximum of 100 chat messages per day
• Maximum of 10 image generations per day

These limits are subject to change without notice.

Token-Gated Access Tiers

AiSpace implements a tiered access model based on $AISPACE token holdings. Important: $AISPACE tokens are for platform access, NOT investment.

Tier 1 (Max)

• Requirement: 13,000,000+ $AISPACE tokens
• 1,000 chat messages per day (up to 32 on premium models)
• 100 image generations per day (up to 32 on premium models)
• 10 video generations per day (up to 5 on premium models)
• Priority feature access
• Advanced customization options

Tier 2 (Pro)

• Requirement: 8,000,000+ $AISPACE tokens
• 500 chat messages per day (up to 20 on premium models)
• 50 image generations per day (up to 20 on premium models)
• 5 video generations per day (up to 3 on premium models)
• Enhanced feature set

Tier 3 (Plus)

• Requirement: 5,000,000+ $AISPACE tokens
• 300 chat messages per day (up to 12 on premium models)
• 30 image generations per day (up to 12 on premium models)
• 3 video generations per day (up to 2 on premium models)
• Standard features

Tier 4 (Lite)

• Requirement: 3,000,000+ $AISPACE tokens
• 200 chat messages per day (up to 8 on premium models)
• 20 image generations per day (up to 8 on premium models)
• 2 video generations per day (up to 1 on premium models)
• Basic feature access

Tier 5 (Free)

• Requirement: No tokens
• 100 chat messages per day (up to 3 on premium models)
• 10 image generations per day (up to 3 on premium models)
• 1 video generation per day (standard models only; no premium video)
• Trial access

Usage limits are subject to change without notice. Tier assignments are based on on-chain token balance verification.

Tier Variability

Tier thresholds and rate limits are variable and may be adjusted at any time in response to platform demand, infrastructure costs, or operational requirements.

• Token holding requirements for each tier may increase or decrease without notice
• Rate limits (requests per day) for any tier may be raised or lowered without notice
• New tiers may be introduced or existing tiers removed
• Acquiring $AISPACE tokens to reach a specific tier does not guarantee that threshold will remain unchanged
• No compensation, refund, or credit will be issued if a threshold change results in your balance no longer qualifying for a previously attained tier

You are solely responsible for monitoring the current tier requirements on the Tiers page.

Token-Gated Access Model

$AISPACE Tokens Are For Access, Not Investment

CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: $AISPACE tokens are utility tokens designed to provide access to platform features and services. They are NOT investment instruments, securities, or financial products. Holding $AISPACE tokens does not guarantee any financial returns, value appreciation, or profit.

• Tokens unlock tiered access to platform features
• Token holdings determine rate limits and feature availability
• No guaranteed returns, dividends, or value appreciation
• Token value may fluctuate and could become worthless

No Refunds or Compensation for Tier Changes

AiSpace does not offer refunds, credits, or compensation of any kind in relation to $AISPACE tokens, including but not limited to:

• Tier threshold changes that cause your token balance to no longer qualify for a previously held tier
• Rate limit reductions applied to your tier
• Platform modifications, feature removals, or service termination
• Token value fluctuations or loss

By acquiring $AISPACE tokens and using the platform, you accept that tier access is provided on an "as-is, as-available" basis and is subject to change at our sole discretion.

Wallet Connection

To access tiered features, you must connect a Web3 wallet that holds $AISPACE tokens on the Base network. We use Privy for wallet connection and authentication.

• You are responsible for the security of your wallet
• We do not store your private keys or seed phrases
• Token balance verification occurs on-chain
• Tier assignments update based on current token balance

Content

Your Content

A user may provide input to the Services ("Input"), and receive output from the Services based on the Input provided ("Output"). Input and Output are collectively known as "Content."

You are responsible for your Input, including ensuring that it does not violate any applicable law or these Terms. You represent and warrant that you have all rights, licenses, and permissions needed to provide Input to our Services.

The Output from the Platform is generated using both open-source and proprietary Large Language Models provided through Venice.ai's infrastructure. The Platform does not control, direct, or endorse the content generated by these models, and is not responsible for their accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose.

AI Output Disclaimer: AI-generated content is inherently probabilistic and may be:

• Factually incorrect, incomplete, or misleading ("hallucinations")
• Offensive, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your intended purpose
• Subject to change as underlying models are updated or replaced by Venice.ai
• Not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise)

You must not rely on AI-generated Output for high-stakes decisions without independent verification. AiSpace expressly disclaims any liability arising from reliance on AI-generated content.

Ownership of Content

As between you and AiSpace, and to the extent permitted by applicable law:

• You retain your ownership rights in your Input
• You own your Output
• We hereby assign to you all of our right, title, and interest in and to Output

You are responsible for Content, including for ensuring that it does not violate any applicable law or these Terms.

Intellectual Property

Our Intellectual Property

The Services are owned and operated by AiSpace. The visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, data, computer code, products, software, services, and all other elements of the Services ("Materials") are protected by intellectual property and other laws. All Materials included in the Services are the property of AiSpace or its third-party licensors.

Your License to Use the Services

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, AiSpace grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AISPACE AND ITS AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, AND DISTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Without limiting the above, AiSpace is specifically not liable for:

• AI output reliance: Any loss or harm arising from acting on, or relying upon, AI-generated content produced by the platform
• Tier changes: Any loss arising from changes to tier thresholds, rate limits, or feature availability, including the cost of tokens acquired to reach a tier that is subsequently modified
• Token value: Any depreciation in the market value of $AISPACE tokens
• Third-party failures: Downtime, errors, or data loss caused by Venice.ai, Privy, the Base network, or any other third-party service
• Wallet loss: Loss of access to tokens due to lost private keys, wallet compromise, or user error

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Croatia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Croatia.

Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you and we agree to try to resolve the dispute informally. You agree to contact us at aispace.dev@proton.me to notify us of the dispute. We will contact you at the email address associated with your account (if applicable).

Changes to These Terms or Our Services

We may update these Terms or our Services from time to time. All changes will be effective as soon as we post them to our website. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using our Services.
