Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

AiSpace is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Services.

Overview

AiSpace follows a privacy-first, no durable retention model. We believe your data belongs to you, and we've built our platform to minimize collection, avoid long-lived server-side chat archives, and maximize your control.

Key Principles

  • Local-Only History: Chat history is stored locally in your browser, encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM
  • No Durable Server Archive: We do not maintain a server-side database of your chat history, generated images, or prompts
  • Encrypted Transmission: Data in transit is protected with HTTPS/TLS. Our API acts as a trusted relay to Venice.ai to fulfill your request (see Venice.ai Integration)
  • User Control: You control local data with transparent handling and automatic cleanup

Information We Collect

Minimal Data Collection

We collect minimal information necessary to provide our Services:

Wallet Address (Optional)

  • If you connect a Web3 wallet, we access your wallet address to verify $AISPACE token holdings
  • Wallet addresses are used solely for tier assignment and rate limiting
  • We do not store wallet addresses on our servers
  • Wallet connection is handled by Privy (see Third-Party Services below)

Usage Data

  • Rate limit tracking (stored locally in your browser)
  • Feature usage statistics (anonymized, if collected)
  • Operational / error logs for reliability (technical metadata such as model id, status codes, and lengths — not message or prompt content)

No Personal Information

  • We do not require email addresses for guest access
  • We do not collect names, phone numbers, or other personal identifiers
  • We do not track your browsing history outside our platform

How We Use Your Information

Service Provision

  • Verify token holdings for tier assignment
  • Enforce rate limits based on your tier
  • Provide AI model inference through Venice.ai
  • Enable wallet connection and authentication

No Data Sharing for Marketing

  • We do not sell your data
  • We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes
  • We do not use your data for advertising

Data Storage

Local Browser Storage

All chat data, message history, and generated images are stored locally in your browser:

  • Encryption: Data is encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption before storage
  • Location: Stored in your browser's local storage (IndexedDB/localStorage)
  • Control: You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings
  • Automatic Cleanup: Chat data is automatically deleted after 30 days

Server Storage

We do NOT maintain a durable server-side archive of:

  • Chat messages or conversation history
  • Generated images
  • User prompts or inputs
  • Personal information profiles
  • Wallet addresses (beyond temporary session verification)

To fulfill a request, prompts and related content are processed ephemerally by our API (trusted relay) and forwarded to Venice.ai. Content is not saved as chat history on our servers after the request completes.

We may temporarily process or retain:

  • API request metadata (for rate limiting and reliability)
  • Operational logs with technical metadata only (for example status codes, model ids, durations) — not message or prompt content
  • Session tokens (for authentication, automatically expired)

Venice.ai Integration

AiSpace uses Venice.ai's infrastructure for AI model inference. Here's how data flows:

Data Flow

  1. Your Input: You provide prompts or requests through the AiSpace interface
  2. Trusted Relay: Requests are sent over HTTPS/TLS to our API, which ephemerally processes them (for example rate limiting and provider authentication) and forwards them to Venice.ai. This is not end-to-end encryption: our servers can see request content while fulfilling the request, and we do not log that content
  3. Processing: Venice.ai processes requests using both open-source and proprietary AI models
  4. Streaming Response: Responses are streamed back to your browser
  5. Local Storage: Responses are stored locally in your browser (if you enable storage), encrypted with AES-256-GCM
  6. Venice Zero Retention: Venice.ai does not persist your requests or responses under its zero-retention model

Venice.ai Privacy Model

  • No Persistence: Venice.ai follows a zero-retention model - your requests are not stored
  • Decentralized Compute: GPU compute is provided by multiple decentralized providers
  • Single Request Visibility: A specific provider may see the text of a single request to serve it, but never your full history nor your identity
  • No Identity Tracking: Your identity is not linked to your requests

For more information, see Venice.ai's privacy model.

Third-Party Services

Privy (Wallet Connection)

We use Privy for Web3 wallet connection and authentication:

  • Purpose: Enable wallet connection for token verification
  • Data: Wallet addresses, connection status
  • Storage: Privy handles authentication state
  • Privacy: See Privy's Privacy Policy

Base Network (Blockchain)

We interact with the Base blockchain network to verify token holdings:

  • Purpose: On-chain token balance verification
  • Data: Public blockchain data (wallet addresses, token balances)
  • Privacy: Blockchain data is public by nature
  • Control: You control which wallet you connect

Venice.ai (AI Infrastructure)

We use Venice.ai for AI model inference:

  • Purpose: Provide AI chat and image generation capabilities
  • Data: Your prompts and requests (not stored by Venice.ai)
  • Privacy: Zero-retention model
  • Information: See Venice.ai's privacy practices

Your Rights (GDPR Compliance)

As a user in the European Union, you have the following rights:

Right to Access

  • You can access all data stored locally in your browser
  • You can export your chat history and generated images
  • We do not maintain a durable server-side chat archive. Ephemeral processing and hosting operational logs (technical metadata only) are not a substitute for a user-facing data export of conversation history

Right to Deletion

  • You can delete all local data through your browser settings
  • Chat data is automatically deleted after 30 days
  • You can manually delete individual chats or all chats at any time

Right to Data Portability

  • You can export your chat history and data
  • Data is stored in standard formats (JSON, images)
  • You have full control over your local data

Right to Object

  • You can stop using our Services at any time
  • You can disconnect your wallet connection
  • You can clear all local data

Right to Rectification

  • We do not maintain personal profiles on our servers, so there is typically no server-side personal data to rectify. Local chat history can be cleared or overwritten in your browser
  • If you have concerns, please contact us

Data Retention

Automatic Deletion

  • Chat messages: Automatically deleted after 30 days
  • Generated images: Stored locally until you delete them
  • Rate limit data: Cleared when you clear browser data

Manual Deletion

  • You can delete individual chats at any time
  • You can clear all data through browser settings
  • Disconnecting your wallet clears associated session data

Children's Privacy

Our Services are not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use our Services.

Security

Encryption

  • All chat history stored locally is encrypted using AES-256-GCM (encryption protects data at rest in your browser; it does not make the API relay end-to-end encrypted)
  • All data transmission is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Wallet connections use secure authentication protocols

Your Responsibility

  • You are responsible for the security of your device and browser
  • You are responsible for the security of your Web3 wallet
  • We recommend using secure, up-to-date browsers
  • We recommend securing your wallet with strong passwords and backup phrases

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. All changes will be effective as soon as we post them to our website. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy.

If we make material changes, we will notify users through the platform or via email (if you have provided an email address).
