Tier Threshold Variability Risk

This is a specific and material risk you should understand before acquiring $AISPACE tokens for platform access:

• Thresholds can increase: Token holding requirements for any tier may be raised at any time in response to demand, infrastructure costs, or platform policy changes
• Your tier can be downgraded: If the threshold for your current tier increases beyond your balance, your access tier will be automatically downgraded
• No advance notice required: Threshold changes may take effect without prior notice
• No refund or compensation: AiSpace will not compensate, refund, or credit you for tokens purchased to attain a tier that is subsequently modified
• Utility value is not guaranteed: The access utility provided by any given token balance may decrease over time

The AiSpace platform generates content using Large Language Models via Venice.ai's infrastructure. You should be aware of the following risks specific to AI-generated content:

• Hallucinations: AI models may produce factually incorrect, fabricated, or misleading information presented with apparent confidence
• Inappropriate content: Outputs may occasionally be offensive, biased, or unsuitable despite content safeguards
• No professional substitute: AI outputs are not a substitute for qualified legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice — do not rely on them for high-stakes decisions
• Model changes: The underlying AI models may be updated, replaced, or removed by Venice.ai at any time, potentially changing the nature or quality of outputs
• Privacy of inputs: While AiSpace is privacy-focused, you should not submit highly sensitive personal, financial, or confidential information to any AI platform
• Accuracy not guaranteed: There is no warranty that any AI output is accurate, current, complete, or fit for any particular purpose

Third-Party AI Infrastructure Risk

• Venice.ai dependency: AiSpace relies entirely on Venice.ai for AI model inference. Changes to Venice.ai's service, pricing, availability, or terms could directly impact AiSpace's functionality or continued operation
